1. Master's Degree or Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Architecture
2. With minimum of 6 - 8 years of experience in Projects Management with core expertise in Fit-outs Projects.
3. Experience in Dealing with Kuwait Government authorities and Landlords.
4. Excellent Communication skills
5. Willing to be based in Kuwait
Project Engineer
1. Master's Degree or Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Architecture
2. With a minimum of 3 - 6 years of experience.
3. Assist the project manager in all matters related to Project aspects
4. Ability to perform standard estimating activities.
5. Must have a clear understanding of contract documents, drawings, and specifications.
6. Experience in Dealing with government authorities,
Landlords and Mall Management
7. Excellent Communication skills.
Procurement Officer
1. Master's Degree or Bachelor's degree holder.
2. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in Procurement 3. UAE Experience is a must
4. Arabic speaker is preferred but is not essential
5. Experience in the banking industry or reputed group of companies is preferred
Leasing Officer
1. Master's Degree or Bachelor's degree holder
2. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in the retail or banking industry with sound knowledge of the UAE real estate market
3. Arabic speaker is preferred but is not essential
