  • Follow the Opening & Closing checklist and ensure all necessary items are available.
  • Regeneration of Food
  • Manage and control Packaging Wastage & ensuring reduction in mismatch & missing items
  • Conduct daily inventory check for all necessary items such as Veg/ Non-veg stickers, packaging materials, gas cylinders etc.
  • Managing Brain maire & Rational Oven, preparation of food garnishing Items
  • Conduct daily shelf-life check for items like desserts and beverages for FIFO (First in First out to ensure minimum wastage.
  • Receiving and storage of Food items from PK & ensure basic hygiene is in place.
  • Responsible for food items packaging, to check tags and add-ons to ensure delivery of expected items as per customer order.
  • In case of stock-outs, reach out to the CC teams through DEs for updating and replacement of items to ensure minimization of dispatch related errors.
