- Manager – Sales & Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for GCC & Africa to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and adapt strategies based on market research
- Create and execute marketing strategies for GCC & Africa
- Conduct market research, oversee marketing materials, and promote brands
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and partners, lead negotiations, and represent the company at industry events
- Develop and manage budgets for GCC & Africa, monitor sales performance, and provide financial reports
- Collaborate with the product team to meet market needs, provide feedback, and manage product pricing strategies
- Work with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business goals
- Recruit, train, manage, and lead the sales team to meet objectives
- Requirements: Techno Plastic Industry Careers in Dubai
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 13 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior management role within the piping solutions industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the GCC & Africa markets
- In-depth knowledge of Mono Layer Pipes, Multi-Layer Pipes, PPR Fittings, Gas Pipes & Fittings, and Firefighting products
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute effectively
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools
- Willingness to travel extensively as required
