- Education/Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Master Degree from a recognized institute/university is a must.
- Relevant profession or industry experience required.
- Skills/Competencies/ Experience
- Must have 3 to 6 years of facilities management industry experience in UAE.
- Experience with high profile clients for B2B/B2C and AMC of Luxury Villas and Apartments.
- Manages, coordinates, and executes sales.
- Maintaining client relationships and manage sales strategy.
- Develops and manages sales pipelines with prospective clients.
- Serve as client liaison to ensure timely response to customer needs.
- Must possess UAE driving license.
