1. Vice Principal
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Vice Principal in an American curriculum and IB environment.
- Proficient understanding and application of IB programs.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to support and motivate staff toward achieving educational goals.
- Master’s degree in education or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Principal to ensure effective school operations.
- Support and guide faculty to maintain high educational standards.
- Oversee curriculum development and implementation in alignment with IB and American educational standards.
- Facilitate a positive learning environment conducive to student growth and development.
- Engage with parents, staff, and students to build a supportive school community.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience within an American curriculum and/or IB environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of IB teaching methodologies.
- Strong classroom management skills and ability to engage students effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field; additional certifications in IB programs are advantageous.
