• High school certificate or a higher degree
• 6+ years of experience
• Age: 25-35
• English communication skills (Level 2)
• Physically fit
• SIRA supervisor licence is mandatory

2. CCTV Operator

• High school certificate or a higher degree
• 2+ years experience in the security field
• Age: 25-35
• English communication skills (Level 2)
• Physically fit
• SIRA CCTV Operator licence is mandatory

3. Forklift Operator

• Licence number 7 and 8 holders
• 1+ years experience as Forklift Operator in the UAE
• Age: less than 40

4. MEP Multi Technicians

• 2+ years experience in a facility management company
• Good communication skills

5. HVAC Technicians

• 2+ years experience in a facility management company
• Good communication skills

6. Tyreman

• 2+ years experience in a facility management company
• Good communication skills

7. Security Guard - Male/Female (ASSD-Abu Dhabi)

• High school certificate or a higher degree
• Age: 25 - 35
• English communication skills (Level 2)
• Physically fit
• Home Country, UAE Embassy and Ministry of Foreign Affairs attested educational certificate
• 2+ years experience in Security in the Northern Emirates
• ASSD license is mandatory

• Valid UAE driving licence number 3

11. Light Duty Driver (Manual Licence)

• 2+ years experience as a driver in the UAE
• Age: less than 40

12. Accommodation Supervisor

• 3-5 years experience in a similar role in the UAE
• Excellent English and Arabic communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Knowledge of administrative work

13. Assistant Accommodation Supervisor

• 2-3 years experience in a similar role in the UAE
• English and Arabic communication skills

14. Gym Instructor
