1. Event Coordinator (Entry-Level)
Preferred skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in event, hospitality management or public relations
- Ready to join immediately
Salary Package:
4-5K AED pm +high Commissions % + Bonus
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our future events using scripts.
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- accurately take and process orders.
- Preserve the company’s reputation.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Requirements and skills:
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- High school diploma: BSc/BA will be a plus.
Salary Package:
- Base Salary: 3000-3500 AED pm
- Commissions: up to 30,000 AED. pm plus
- Yearly Bonuses: up to 50,000 AED
- Work 48 hours a day/ 5 days a week.

Requirements
We’re looking for people who have proven sales skills at the highest level and can demonstrate determination and a drive to succeed.
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
- Ability to build and maintain good business relationships with prospective/existing clients and strategic partners.
- Goal-oriented and sales-focused with a customer service mindset.
- Strong time management, organizational, and project management skills
- Previous experience with sponsorship sales
- Willing to work hard and go the extra mile.
- Flexible and adaptable
- Able to multitask regularly.
- Comfortable and successful working with diverse groups of people
- Self-belief and determination
- A degree in a relevant field is not essential but is a plus.
- Compensations: Basic salary + very attractive commissions on sales + attractive performance bonus
- Working Hours: 48 hours per week, 5 days/week, may need to be flexible due to the project deadlines/country/time zones.
