Vacancies 

Vacancies will be published in a specific format.

1. WAITER/WAITRESS

• QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: 
• Previous experience as a waitress or server is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and fast-paced environment.
• Strong multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and delivering.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Advanced level of English, Turkish, and Arabic speaker is a plus.

2. HOSTESS

• QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
• Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills Polite and friendly demeanor with a professional appearance.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good computer skills for reservation management. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays and busy restaurant operations.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus, but not always required., as part of a team and with other departments.
• Advanced-level of English, Turkish, and Arabic speakers is a plus.
