- KPI DATA PRIMARY CARE, POLICY SYSTEMS, SUPPORT AUDITS & INSPECTIONS, OTHER DAY TO DAY QUALITY ACTIVITIES.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BACHELOR DEGREE IN HEALTHCARE MANAGEMENT/HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT OR HIGHER
- DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE IN QUALITY MANAGEMENT IN TERMS OF DEVELOPING POLICIES, SYSTEMS & PROGRAMS/QUALITY INITIATIVES.
- TO BE ABLE TO EFFICIENTLY COORDINATE WITH INTER DEPARTMENTS/UNITS/BRANCHES TO IDENTIFY AREA FOR IMPROVEMENT.
- ABILITY TO WORK WITH MINIMUM SUPERVISION; PRIORITIZE THE TASKS FAST-PACED AND DEADLINE DRIVEN ENVIRONMENT.
- PROFICIENCY IN RELEVANT ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETATIONS IN HEALTHCARE OMS
- BEST UNDERSTANDING ON RULES & REGULATIONS OF UAE SPECIFICALLY IN ABU DHABI.
- JCI/CERTIFICATION/ AUDITOR EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS POINT FOR APPROPRIATE CANDIDATES.
EXPERIENCE:
- MINIMUM 2 YEARS WORKING EXPERIENCE WITH HOSPITAL/NETWORK OF CLINICS/DAY SURGERY/ PRIMARY CARE/MENTAL HEALTH IN ABU DHABI
