• KEY ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. To achieve brand wise monthly primary and secondary volume/value targets. a. Modern Trade (Local & International]
b. Institutions
c. HoReCa
d. Food Services
2. Identify gaps in assigned market and team members, develop and implement focused improvement plans and as when necessary initiate changes in selling arrangements.
3. Manage and utilize key accounts outlets resource in the most efficient manner to achieve brand availability.
4. Manage and utilize sales team in the most efficient manner to achieve brand availability and service to retailers, key accounts outlet of the area.
5. Carry out monthly evaluations on key account outlets performance and productivity, identify area for improvements and provide necessary inputs required for continuous business growth.
6. Designing and implementing promotional scheme. 7. Ensure quality display and merchandising.
8. Effective regular feedback of Promotional activities. 9. Handling of Merchandisers and Brand Ambassadors.

Experience and Qualification:

• Minimum: B.A./B.Com/BBA-Marketing & Sales [Preferred).
• 02 to 03 years progressive experience in FMCG concern (Packed Food) in similar role.
• Proficient in MS Office and in communication skills.
