- AR Accountant
Duty:-
- Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to
date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are
accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared - Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients via
telephone, email, and mail. - Prepare analytical and ratio analyses relevant to A/R so
management can gain a better understanding of how collection
efforts are progressing - Support other accounting and finance team members, inventory
management, and cost accounting - Researching and resolving account discrepancies
- Processing and recording transactions.
- Obtaining information from other departments to ensure records
Obtaining informatlon 10i..4et anenunts. receivable ledgers
are accurate and complete and that accounts receivable
and journals are up to date. - Working with the collections department tO review accounts,
client payments, credit history, and develop new or better
repayment terms.
Requirement
English and Arabic language skills
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Strong math, typing, and computer skills, especially with
bookkeeping software
Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time
management skills.
High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments
Have knowledge of Saudi Arabia Taxation
