PEST CONTROL TECHNICIANS

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough inspections
• Develop & implement treatment plans
• Safely apply pesticides
• Communicate & advise clients
• Maintain detailed service records
• Adhere to safety protocols

Requirements:
• Valid UAE Pest Control License
• 2 years experience preferred
• In-depth pest knowledge
• Great communication skills
• Must hold the Dubai Municipality operator card from the Public Health Pest Control Department

CLEANERS (MALE & FEMALE)

Requirements:

• Proficient in English communication
• Will be working in internal and outdoor areas
• Can join immediately

FACILITIES ENGINEER

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical)
• Minimum 2-5 years proven experience in FM essential

HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

• High School or Diploma or Degree
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar field

FACILITIES SUPERVISOR

• ITI or Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical
• 3 years supervisory experience or 5 years technical experience in FM

MULTI SKILLED SUPERVISOR

• ITI or Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical
• Minimum 3 years experience in FM industry as a building service technical supervisor maintaining and repairing electrical & mechanical facilities

MEP SUPERVISOR

• ITI Electrical or Mechanical/Diploma Electrical or Mechanical/ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Mechanical
• Minimum 3 years of experience in FM industry as a building service technical supervisor maintaining and repairing electrical facilities

MULTI-SKILLED TECHNICIAN

• ITI/ Diploma in Mechanical
• 5 years experience in a similar ‘role in FM

MEP TECHNICIAN

• ITI/ Diploma Electrical or Mechanical
• 5 years experience in a similar role in FM
