Education & Experience:
• University Graduate
• 2 – 4 years experience in Marketing Department
Competencies/ Accountabilities:
· Customer service and relationship orientation.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.

· Creativity.
· Planning and developing market survey research programs and methods.
· Analyzes data and conducts research.
· Preparing reports and making recommendations based on statistics, data, survey results and other available information.
· Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
· Create and suggest marketing strategies.
· Assist the marketing manager.
· Resolves problems and customer service inquiries within the scope of authority.
· Create suggest and update online services.
· Follow up and assist all marketing communications, PR and campaigns.
· Follow-up advertising campaigns.
· Coordinate with the media agency.
· Follow up with the main agency for all the marketing issues.
· Tracks PR marketing programs and evaluates their effectiveness through surveys.
· Edits newsletter, reports, brochures, and visuals for marketing programs and special presentations, assuring content consistency and accuracy.
