You will be able to access a series of financial services such as international money transfers, local transfers, merchant payments, bill payments, gifting, and much more, all in the same application.
Is e& money secure?
e& money has a highly secure backend platform that has bank-grade security and is verified and licensed by the Central Bank of the UAE. Access to e& money is via your phone and requires a match between your mobile number and your phone. Any change between the two will require a reactivation of the account before any transaction can be completed.
In addition, e& money requires authentication at every level of the transaction. At registration, you will need to set a PIN to protect your account, following which you can also set up biometric authentication via fingerprint scan and/or even face ID.
How can I add money to my account?

How do I pay a merchant?
e& money supports both physical and online merchants. To make a payment to a merchant, follow the steps below:
○ Physical merchants:
Download for Android: At the time of payment, open your app and display your QR code. The merchant will scan your QR code and send the bill to your app, whereby you will then be expected to confirm the amount. Simply enter your PIN or scan your fingerprint (or face ID where applicable) and the payment is processed within a fraction of a second. A transaction success notification will be sent to your app and via SMS.
Some merchants will have QR codes displayed, which you can scan using the app, enter the amount to be paid to the merchant and initiate the transaction. A transaction success notification will be sent to your app and via SMS.
○ Online merchants
Download for Apple: When you are ready to check out, select the e& money icon under the payment options and enter your mobile number in full format (for example +971XXXXXXXXX). You will receive a request for payment in your app for you to confirm the amount. Simply enter your PIN or scan your fingerprint (face ID where applicable), and the payment is processed within a fraction of a second. A transaction success notification will be sent to your app and via SMS
