Job Title: Customer Service Intern

Location: Work from home

Stipend: Upto 7k-10k per month (Basis experience & expertise)

Purpose of the position:

Stones2Milestones Company have more 1000+ students taking live online classes. 

Their aim is to provide users with a smooth and seamless experience inside the class. This is an exciting opportunity to interact with children and parents across the country while enhancing your communication and operational skills.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Daily management of customer requests - Onboarding and batch allocations
  • Coordinate with users to help them get the best of fREADom live services
  • Manage data and update daily dashboards
  • Cooperate with different departments to improve business operations
  • Understand the expectations of users and provide them with correct service while also complying with internal policies and processes


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Students in their last semester of bachelor’s degree can apply
  • 0 - 2 years of experience in a professional environment (operations preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good with google sheets, MS Excel
  • Proactive and efficient 
  • Ability to work with deadlines under minimal supervision
  • Loves speaking to parents and children
