1. Senior Executive – Marketing
Location : Calicut
- To manage overall Marketing of Malabar Developers (Offline & Online) in full align with the overall corporate Marketing guidelines to achieve business targets
- Assist in the development and implementation of the industry specific marketing plan and marketing budget ensuring alignment with business strategies, brand priorities, guidelines and timelines.
- Support business development, corporate and project teams with critical information on marketing trends, demand assessment, customer tastes and preferences, to enable effective decision making and meet target customer demands.
- Conceptualize web, digital and social media marketing campaigns and coordinate with the Information Technology (IT) function in managing and executing these campaigns.
- Monitor the development and management of website specific information like enquiry handling, broker interface, schematics, promotional material etc.
2. Store Showroom Manager
Location : Multiple Location
- Support the store head by managing the sales of jewellery and operations of the store; responsible for product management and promotion strategy and ensure that store meets the targets
- Support the Stores Head in aligning the sales strategy with the overall strategy and support in the achievement of the sales targets as per the annual business plan.
- Ensure efficiency, quality improvements and cost optimization through improvements and benchmarks with leading practices.
- Support the store head to ensure that the store meets the ROI, and other targets based on the annual business plan.
- Support the Store Head in Planning BTL Marketing Activities
3. Store Manager – Chennai & Erode
Location : Multiple Location
- Support the store head by managing the sales of jewellery and operations of the store; responsible for product management and promotion strategy and ensure that store meets the targets
- Support the Stores Head in aligning the sales strategy with the overall strategy and support in the achievement of the sales targets as per the annual business plan.
- Ensure efficiency, quality improvements and cost optimization through improvements and benchmarks with leading practices.
- Support the Store Head in Planning BTL Marketing Activities
4. Account Manager
Location : Trivandrum
To assist all the operations of the assigned area of business accounting.
- • Daily Treasury/Fund Management including cash, bank and loan accounts.
- • Managing Intercompany financial transactions.
- • Cash/Fund flow budgeting, estimation and management.
- • Performance analysis of each Company/Product line on a concurrent basis.
5. Engineer - Facilities
Location : Trivandrum
Support the FEC operation on all technical and maintenance issues.
- • Perform arcade start up and shut down operations during opening and closing times as per the procedures prescribed.
- • Maintain and repair all arcade games, rides and attractions.
- • Install and set up new games and equipment as necessary.
- • Maintain tools and supplies necessary for maintenance of arcade games and equipment in a good condition.
- • Log and report equipment defects for proper warranty handling.
- • Patrol the arcade floor continuously and ensure that all machines are functioning properly.
6. Executive Sales
Location : Multiple Location
To act as the face of Front Line Sales.
- • Execute sales plans, forecasts and sales initiatives and deliver sales targets of Malabar Developers.
- • Proactively engage in sales visits, calls, sales programs and other sales initiatives to achieve the overall sales target of MDPL.
- • Generate lead through various sales and marketing activities.
- • Assist in marketing activities like Hoardings, Print Advertisement, Radio and other localized Marketing Campaigns in co-ordination with Corporate Office Malabar Developers.
- • Follow up customer enquiries and outdoor sales activities.
- • Accompany customer for demo of mock up flat and site visit.
