To know the fair value of the land at a particular land

The fair value of the land can be ascertained through the Kerala Registration Website under the Kerala State Revenue Department. To do this, first, open the website Then click on the "Search Fair Value of Land" option on the page.


On the next page that opens, enter all the details of the land for which you would like to know the price. If you have a tax receipt for the property, there is an options page to enter the re-survey number. This page also provides a method for finding fair value.
