1. United Construction Projects is a leading construction company with Head Office in Muscat
and having Workshop division, as well as, all over Sultanate of Oman, invites On-line

3. JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
(i) Site Supervisor
• Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
• Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance and materials.
• Analysing drawings to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget
specifications.
• Communicating the progress report to the Construction Project Manager.
Calculating costs and estimating timelines with a high level of accuracy. analysing plans, bills of
quantities and other project documentation in order to estimate costs. researching, sourcing,
negotiating and obtaining the best prices and quotes from suppliers
(ii)Site Foreman
• Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans.
• Produce schedules and monitor attendance of crew.
• Allocate general and daily responsibilities.
• Supervise and train workers and tradespeople.
• Ensure manpower and resources are adequate.
• Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met.
• Supervise the use of machinery and equipment.
• Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget. analysing plans, bills of quantities and
other project documentation in order to estimate costs. researching, sourcing, negotiating and
obtaining the best prices and quotes from suppliers
Estimation Engineer

(iii) Structural Engineer
Prepare structural calculations, specifications and estimate construction costs and in a supervisory
capacity make decisions independently and direct the development of structural engineering
projects. Work with other engineers and technicians to complete project deliverables. Assist
Business Development in pursuing
(iv) Steel Fabricator
The candidate should be able to fabricate according to the drawings, Take the measurement from
site and prepare list, raise material request based on work order
(v) Aluminium Fabricator
The candidate should be able to fabricate according to the drawings, Take the measurement from
site and prepare list, Raise material request based on work order.
