Function: Human Resources → Talent Acquisition

To drive the recruitment process of Malabar Group and provide assistance and support to day to day HR operations.


  • Understand the manpower requirements.
  • Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
  • Post job openings on internal job portal as well as external job portals.
  • Source potential candidates within timelines and maintain a database of the same.
  • Conduct recruitment related activities including preliminary screening, interviewing, and facilitate hiring of appropriate talent to meet business demands.
  • Coordinate management interviews by arranging schedules; scheduling zoom interviews, and ensure timely interview intimation.
  • Ensure timely communication to candidates on interview feedback.
  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters to selected candidates.
  • Ensure proper background verification for selected candidates.
  • Negotiate and discuss salary with selected candidates
  • Timely update Recruitment MIS.
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the team.
  • Be up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
